A single star in the night sky is a brilliant and beautiful, but ultimately small-looking, spark of light. But when stars are linked together, they form a constellation, a picture that defines an entire section of the sky.

The same is true of people. We are individually brilliant, beautiful and very capable, but it is only when we are linked together in communities that we get to be a part of the big picture and define the world around us.
