Ms. Erin has made a life out of helping things grow to their full potential. She started in her own childhood taking on a very active role in the raising of her younger siblings. During college she studied elementary education but then found herself teaching in a toddler classroom instead, starting in 2013. Since then she's taught all ages from birth up through adulthood, though she specializes in 0-3 years. She completed her infant/toddler Montessori training in 2017. Its not just humans she helps to grow; she also is a farmer and a business owner in The Harvest Collective, an organization focused around "compassionate earth-work" and manages projects around the city focused on environmental sustainability.
